植物光合生理生态特性是退化植物群落恢复、重建植物种选择的重要依据。为研究不同红树植物光合生理生态特性,该研究于2021年旱季的4—5月、雨季的7—9月利用LI-6400光合仪,测定红树植物秋茄和海莲的光合生理参数和主要生态因子,并采用通径分析方法分析主要生态因子对净光合速率的影响。结果表明:(1)秋茄旱季净光合速率日均值(8.43μmol-2·s-1)略低于雨季(8.67μmol-2·s-1),差异不显著;海莲旱季净光合速率日均值(7.03μmol-2·s-1)显著低于雨季(9.41μmol-2·s-1);旱季秋茄净光合速率日均值显著高于海莲,而雨季秋茄净光合速率日均值显著低于海莲。(2)旱季、雨季秋茄蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度等光合生理因子日均值变化幅度小于海莲,水分利用效率也低于海莲。(3)旱季、雨季两种红树植物均存在“光合午休”现象。旱季,秋茄属于非气孔限制,而海莲属于气孔限制...  相似文献

Investigation on a full-scale UASB treating industrial wastewater at a low organic loading rate (OLR) was conducted. Excellent treatment performance was achieved when treating the evaporator condensate of distillery wastewater at the OLR of less than 1 kg COD/m3 d. Anaerobic effluent could be discharged without further treatment, which saved energy and running cost considerably. GC–MS analysis showed that the soluble microbial products (SMPs) were decreased to a low level at the low OLR. The main SMP in the anaerobic effluent were long chain carbohydrates and esters, accounting for 55–65% of the total organic matters. Anaerobic SMP was more complex than the aerobic ones.  相似文献

The present study on the connection between standard metabolic rate ( R S) and chronic Diplostomum spp. infection resulted in a decrease in R S, and an enlargement in spleen and liver sizes in the infected juvenile Arctic charr Salvelinus alpinus compared to control fish. As splenic enlargement observed in infected fish was not due to condition-related changes in the spleen, it could most probably be explained by increased leucocyte synthesis. The higher liver masses in infected S. alpinus may have been related to disorders in energetic function, which could have had major effects on biochemical regulation by the liver. The proposed metabolic syndrome with a possible reduction in insulin sensitivity in tissues results in ineffective glucose and lipid metabolism and thus it is suggested that chronic Diplostomum infection in S. alpinus might not impose direct energetic costs, but it may weaken the efficiency of energy metabolism and thus lead to lowered R S.  相似文献

Aim We consider three hypotheses – MacArthur and Wilson’s island biogeography theory (IBT), Lack’s habitat diversity idea and the ‘target effect’– that explain the pattern of decreased species richness on small and distant islands. Location We evaluate these hypotheses using a detailed dataset on the occurrence and abundance of terrestrial birds on nine islands off the coast of Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Methods  Unlike previous studies, we compile data on species that visit the islands, rather than just those that breed on them. We divided the species into five mutually exclusive categories based upon their migratory status and where they regularly breed: British residents, summer visitors to Britain, winter visitors to Britain, and vagrants from Europe or beyond Europe. For each species group on each island we calculated the average number of species visiting each year. We then regressed the average number of species against island area and distance to the mainland (all variables were log‐transformed). We also compared the average number of species visiting each island with the average number of species breeding on each island. Results  Average number of visiting British residents decreased significantly with increasing island distance, but showed no relationship with island area. There was no significant relationship between island area or island distance and average number of summer or winter visitors. European and non‐European vagrants likewise showed no relationship between numbers of species visiting and island distance. However, the relationship between island area and number of visiting species was significant for both these categories; as island area increases so too does the number of visiting species. Main conclusions  As predicted by IBT, there were fewer visiting species on more distant islands. There were substantially more visitors to each island than breeding species, supporting Lack’s argument that lower bird richness is not a result of varying immigration rates (as predicted by IBT) but rather a result of some other island property, e.g. fewer resources. Birds make a decision to either leave an island or stay and breed. The target effect was also clearly demonstrated by the increase in European and non‐European breeders with increasing island size.  相似文献

The main goal of this paper is to investigate a cure rate model that comprehends some well‐known proposals found in the literature. In our work the number of competing causes of the event of interest follows the negative binomial distribution. The model is conveniently reparametrized through the cured fraction, which is then linked to covariates by means of the logistic link. We explore the use of Markov chain Monte Carlo methods to develop a Bayesian analysis in the proposed model. The procedure is illustrated with a numerical example.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)与活动性肺结核(ATB)患者病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年10月湖南省胸科医院收治的75例ATB患者作为观察组,另外选取60例同期在我院体检健康的体检者作为对照组。比较两组血清ADA、CA199及ESR水平。根据病情严重程度将ATB患者分为轻度组、中度组和重度组。比较不同病情严重程度ATB患者的血清ADA、CA199及ESR水平。观察组接受抗结核治疗,根据疗效分为预后良好组和预后不良组,比较不同预后ATB患者的血清ADA、CA199及ESR水平。收集ATB患者的临床资料,多因素Logistic回归分析ATB患者预后的影响因素。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清ADA、CA199、ESR对ATB患者预后的预测价值。结果:观察组血清ADA、CA199、ESR均高于对照组(P<0.05)。将观察组患者分为轻度组26例、中度组34例和重度组15例。中度组和重度组血清ADA、CA199、ESR高于轻度组(P<0.05),重度组血清ADA、CA199、ESR高于中度组(P<0.05)。治疗后,根据疗效将观察组患者分为预后良好组50例和预后不良组25例,预后良好组和预后不良组在性别、年龄、BMI、吸烟史、饮酒史、糖尿病史、居住地、哮喘、支气管扩张、乙型肝炎、胸片改变等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),预后不良组患者血清PCT、白细胞计数、ADA、CA199、ESR高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清ADA、CA199、ESR升高是ATB患者预后不良的危险因素(P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线结果显示,血清ADA、CA199、ESR单独预测ATB患者预后不良的AUC分别为0.655、0.675、0.699,血清ADA、CA199、ESR联合预测ATB患者预后不良的AUC为0.828,大于各指标单独检测。结论:血清ADA、CA199、ESR升高可提示ATB患者的病情严重程度,血清ADA、CA199、ESR联合检测对预测ATB患者预后不良具有较高的价值。  相似文献

Decomposition is a critical process in global carbon cycling. During decomposition, leaf and fine root litter may undergo a later, relatively slow phase; past long-term experiments indicate this phase occurs, but whether it is a general phenomenon has not been examined. Data from Long-term Intersite Decomposition Experiment Team, representing 27 sites and nine litter types (for a total of 234 cases) was used to test the frequency of this later, slow phase of decomposition. Litter mass remaining after up to 10 years of decomposition was fit to models that included (dual exponential and asymptotic) or excluded (single exponential) a slow phase. The resultant regression equations were evaluated for goodness of fit as well as biological realism. Regression analysis indicated that while the dual exponential and asymptotic models statistically and biologically fit more of the litter type–site combinations than the single exponential model, the latter was biologically reasonable for 27–65% of the cases depending on the test used. This implies that a slow phase is common, but not universal. Moreover, estimates of the decomposition rate of the slowly decomposing component averaged 0.139–0.221 year−1 (depending on method), higher than generally observed for mineral soil organic matter, but one-third of the faster phase of litter decomposition. Thus, this material may be slower than the earlier phases of litter decomposition, but not as slow as mineral soil organic matter. Comparison of the long-term integrated decomposition rate (which included all phases of decomposition) to that for the first year of decomposition indicated the former was on average 75% that of the latter, consistent with the presence of a slow phase of decomposition. These results indicate that the global store of litter estimated using short-term decomposition rates would be underestimated by at least one-third.  相似文献

The combined effect of lithium‐ion diffusion, potential‐concentration gradient, and stress plays a critical role in the rate capability and cycle life of Si‐based anodes of lithium‐ion batteries. In this work, Si nanofilm anodes are shown to exhibit an asymmetric rate performance: around 72% of the total available capacity can be delivered during de‐lithiation under a high current density of 420 A g‐1 (100C where C is the charge‐rate) in 22 s; in striking contrast, only 1% capacity can be delivered during lithiation. A mathematical model of single‐ion diffusion is established to elucidate the asymmetric rate performance, which can be mainly attributed to the potential‐concentration profile associated with the active material and the ohmic voltage shift under high currents; the difference in chemical diffusion coefficients during lithiation and de‐lithiation also plays a role. This clarifies that the charge and discharge rates of lithium‐ion‐battery electrodes should be evaluated separately due to the asymmetric effect in the electrochemical system.  相似文献
